因應會所業界面對日益嚴峻的複合型營運挑戰與結構性財務壓力，香港會所管理及發展協會（本會）正式推出「會所效能升級伙伴計劃」（下稱『本計劃』）。

In response to the increasingly severe compound operational challenges and structural financial pressures facing the clubhouse industry, the Hong Kong Clubhouse Management Association (“the Association”) officially launches the "Clubhouse Performance Upgrade” Partnership Program ("the Program").

計劃旨在為本地公私營住宅會所提供專業支援，協助合資格申請者進行營運優化研究與策略發展工作。透過系統性分析與專業指導，致力：

"Clubhouse Performance Upgrade” Partnership Program aims to provide professional support to local public and private residential clubhouses, assisting eligible applicants in conducting operational optimization studies and strategic development initiatives. Through systematic analysis and expert guidance, the Program is committed to:​

1. 優化場地使用率及營運效益 - Optimizing venue utilization rates and operational efficiency;

2. 塑造獨特會所特色與品牌形象 - Cultivating unique clubhouse characteristics and brand identity;

3. 拓展會員及服務受眾層面 - Expanding membership and service user base;

4. 提升各項設施資源配置與使用效能 - Enhancing resource allocation and usage effectiveness across facilities;

5. 開拓多元化營收渠道，增強財務可持續性 - Developing diversified revenue streams to strengthen financial sustainability;

6. 制訂及實踐以客為本的服務策略 - Formulating and implementing customer-centric service strategies;

7. 建構和諧共融的社區生活圈 = Building harmonious and inclusive community ecosystems;

8. 促進持份者積極協作 - Fostering active stakeholder collaboration in shaping clubhouses’ future development.

​首輪計劃定於2025年7月開始接受報名，本會誠邀各符合資格之申請人踴躍參與，攜手提升業界服務質素與營運水平，為用戶、物業及社區創造更卓越的生活體驗及價值。

The first round of the Program will open for applications in July 2025. The Association cordially invites all eligible applicants to participate, working collectively to elevate industry service standards and operational excellence, thereby creating greater living experiences and value for users, properties, and communities.

本計劃費用全免，合資格申請者如成功獲批，香港會所管理及發展協會將為申請人提供為期最多 6 個月專業評估及優化建議服務，全力支持申請人提升會所整體營運效能。

The Program is offered free of charge. Successful applicants will receive up to 6 months of professional assessment and optimization recommendations from the Association, with full support dedicated to enhancing overall clubhouse operational performance.​
